• Lead and influence a positive HSER culture across multiple UK & Ireland sites • Partner with senior leaders to embed safety, risk and environmental excellence into daily operations • Coach and challenge leaders and managers to take ownership of HSER performance • Drive consistency and best practice across site-based HSER teams • Monitor and improve performance through audits, analysis, and data-driven insights • Lead incident investigations and ensure robust follow-up and learning • Develop and implement effective policies, systems and training programmes • Collaborate externally with regulators, industry bodies and partners • Support key initiatives around sustainability, compliance and risk management
• Proven experience driving HSER performance across multi-site operations • Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation, risk and environmental compliance • The confidence to engage, coach and challenge senior stakeholders • A track record of delivering continuous improvement, audits and investigations • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics • A proactive, commercially aware mindset with a passion for safety and operational excellence • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6) essential • Professional body membership preferred • Environmental/sustainability qualifications highly beneficial
