📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures for transportation and logistics operations. • Monitor compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits. • Develop and implement corrective actions to address non-conformances. • Review and approve quality-related documentation, such as standard operating procedures and work instructions. • Analyze data and implement improvements to processes and procedures. • Train employees on quality assurance procedures and standards. • Communicate with customers and regulatory agencies as necessary to ensure compliance. • Develop and manage quality metrics and key performance indicators. • Perform internal audits.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, logistics, engineering, or quality management is typically required. • A Master’s degree may be preferred. • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance in the transportation and logistics industry is usually required. • Experience managing audits and implementing corrective actions is preferred. • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to transportation and logistics.
