• Work on the Sparkasse brand's TikTok presence • Produce social videos and formats that communicate messages, including complex financial topics, authentically and in a way that resonates with the target audience • Develop and execute social-first campaigns: from concept to reporting • Actively apply your deep knowledge of social-media mechanics, platforms, and formats to campaign and strategy approaches • Advise our clients on social-media projects and inspire them with fresh ideas and new perspectives (focus on TikTok) • Brief and manage external content productions from agencies and creators, guiding them with constructive feedback to achieve the best possible outcome • Collaborate closely with creative, media, and creators, and present projects confidently to clients • Monitor new trends and AI tools and leverage them to drive innovation and efficiency • Work in a dynamic, innovative environment with plenty of room for your creative ideas
• A completed degree with a focus on communication to prepare you for the role • At least three years' experience in social media, preferably in an agency • Experienced in strategic consulting and in the responsible, structured delivery of complex social-media projects • Strong in concept development; passionate about creative thinking and eager to incorporate the latest trends into your work • Able to adapt Gen Z topics and trends for the Sparkasse brand • Interested in strategic contexts; you understand how video formats work and are up-to-date on current trends • Confident and composed in appearance; strong in consulting and presenting, and reliable • Team player, strong communicator, committed and proactive
