• Update question and answer databases for RFP and security due diligence support. • Update internal and external documentation to represent DTEX security posture. • Partner and collaborate with Sales and Support to ensure that customers understand and are comfortable with how DTEX secures data with its security and compliance program. • Audit DTEX Information Systems. • Assist in various security and compliance domains including but not limited to third-party risk assessments, incident response program, vulnerability management program, risk management program, and internal and external audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. • 2 – 4 years experience as a Security Analyst or similar role. • Knowledge of various information security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). • Prior experience auditing and performing quality control actions of audits. • 2+ years working and managing security/compliance questionnaires. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to produce reports and communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience. • Experience with cloud security and technologies AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Cloud Tooling.
