📋 Description

• Define and evolve the hardware product roadmap in alignment with DTiQ’s platform vision and customer needs. • Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovation in surveillance, IoT, and edge computing hardware. • Partner with engineering, operations, fulfillment, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality hardware solutions. • Work closely with product managers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration and a cohesive user experience. • Manage vendor relationships, prototyping, testing, and certification processes. • Oversee product readiness, manufacturing coordination, and on-time product launches. • Monitor product performance and reliability in the field, leveraging data to drive improvements. • Lead initiatives for cost optimization, quality enhancements, and end-of-life planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on hardware in surveillance, IoT, or networking domains. • Expertise in IP cameras, NVRs, sensors, and edge computing devices. • Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically, driving long-term vision while executing day-to-day initiatives. • Strong understanding of hardware development processes, including DFM (Design for Manufacturing), compliance, and supply chain dynamics. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field highly preferred. • Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, CE, UL) and environmental certifications (e.g., RoHS, WEEE) is desirable. • Experience in custom circuit board design, manufacturing, and production is highly desirable. • Background working with contract manufacturers and managing global sourcing is highly desirable.
