📋 Description
• Own motion projects from design to delivery • Produce marketing videos, motion graphics, and product animations end-to-end • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ideate and execute • Define and evolve the DualEntry motion style
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of motion design experience • Hardcore work ethic and high agency • Comfortable wearing the hats of both designer and creative director • Able to turn loose briefs into polished work • Deep knowledge of After Effects, 3D experience is desirable • Prior experience with Figma and Lottie/Rive, or willingness to learn
