📋 Description
• Translate our design system into polished, production-ready flows and interfaces. • Own end-to-end design execution final Figma specs. • Make complex workflows feel simple and approachable for our users. • Collaborate with engineering and leadership async (Slack, Loom, Figma comments). • Move fast: prioritize clarity, usability, and speed of delivery over perfection.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of product design experience, with a preference for experience in the sports betting ecosystem or other consumer apps. • Strong Figma chops and comfort working within/expanding a design system. • A portfolio that shows craft, clarity, and an ability to simplify complex flows. • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously — you can turn feedback into iterations quickly. • Available for 10–20 hours per week for at least 6 weeks.
