📋 Description

• Serve as the project manager for all DuBois activities related to the customer • Work independently while collaborating with a larger DuBois support team to achieve customers' productivity, sustainability, and safety goals • Provide on-site technical support for DuBois applications • Seek new sales growth opportunities at the sites and margin improvement opportunities • Communicate customer requirements to all company functional areas • Develop a detailed understanding of the customer's manufacturing process, including mechanical processes and system chemistry • Manage the inventory of DuBois products at the customer site to ensure an adequate supply • Support new application trials by monitoring critical process parameters, conducting laboratory studies, and analyzing data • Determine the customer's return on investment from utilizing key DuBois programs • Provide weekly update reports to the mill and DuBois management and prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' Pulp & Paper Industry experience • A degree in engineering, chemistry, or other technical training is preferred • Excellent project management skills • Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer consultation, negotiation, and problem resolution • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn other business management tools • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment five days a week • Occasional off-hour or weekend support may be needed
