• Overseeing technical projects and ensuring their successful execution • Managing project deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to complex technical tasks within large-scale initiatives • Acts as the project lead for technically focused customer initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client requirements • Acts as a technical resource on a project team responsible for analyzing, designing, and configuring business processes • Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify customer requirements • Eliciting and documenting detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring clarity for implementation • Developing and maintaining comprehensive business requirements to guide the project team • Transitioning the requirements and use cases to the technical team and ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements • Managing integration projects between DCLC and core systems to ensure seamless data flow between systems • Implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to enhance security and user experience • Proficient in using Postman for API testing, integrating APIs, working with Microsoft Logic Apps, and writing SQL queries • Performing other related duties and activities as required.
• Bachelor’s degree required, or higher education level, or foreign equivalent, preferably in area with analytic emphasis • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, preferably in a similar role • Experience interfacing with customers, including customer presentations • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written • Experience in requirements gathering, identifying gaps, estimating, implementation, test planning and execution, and User Acceptance Testing definition and execution • Experience translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for assembly, product, and user acceptance testing • Experience/knowledge of Loss Control Insurance software applications • Experience/knowledge of software development life cycle for Loss Control insurance software
