📋 Description

• The Cloud Engineer I is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to support the company’s global software solutions. • This role leverages advanced technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex cloud engineering challenges. • The position plays a key role in shaping cloud practices and driving technical excellence across teams and projects. • Act in accordance with and as a good steward of Duck Creek Technologies mission, vision, and core values.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps roles. • Advanced knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments (e.g., IAM, encryption, key management). • Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot distributed applications. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement. • Understanding cost management and optimization strategies in cloud environments. • Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect are preferred.
