• The IT Infrastructure Services - Network Analyst II is responsible for a variety of important network tasks within Duck Creek Technologies. • Work closely with the Network Engineer team in supporting, maintaining, and monitoring network infrastructure. • Assist network engineers in configuring, installing, and managing on-premises network devices across all corporate sites. • Work closely with network engineers in designing, implementing, and managing Azure network architectures. • Assist in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving network connectivity issues. • Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation and diagrams of network infrastructure.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant network administration experience in a corporate environment (across both physical & virtual networks); or equivalent years of additional work experience. • Must be willing to travel from time to time to various offices in order to complete projects. • Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills. • Proficiency in English. • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. • Azure cloud network experience. • Hands-on Zscaler experience. • Microsoft Azure AZ-900 and AZ-700 certifications. • Cisco Networking Certification (CCENT/CCT/CCNA). • Palo Alto Networks Certification (ACE/PCNSE). • Zscaler Certification.
