📋 Description

• Design and build clean, testable, and efficient backend systems • Ship customer-facing features as an engineer on a product team • Work closely with Deployment, go-to-market teams, and customers to bring features to life • Turn repeated setup work into product improvements • Ensure testing, quality, and long-term maintainability • Shape engineering practices and technical culture

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years as a backend engineer at a modern tech company • High level of ownership and care for your work, with a track record to show for it • Enjoy working with customers and explaining technical concepts to non-engineers • Ability to take feedback quickly and turn it into growth • Curiosity • Big ambitions • Kindness • Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, or AWS is a plus, but not required • Experience with AI features and evaluating them, or product analytics, is a bonus
