• Managing existing and developing new customer relationships in the Bio Pharma Processing market in EMEA • Identifying new opportunities by promoting and selling DuPont Healthcare business’ F&F solutions • Achieving sales and business development goals in BPP, Volume Extrusion & Medical Packaging Films • Developing relationships with customers, prospects, key influencers, and decision makers • Managing large multinational accounts with developing account plans for long term growth • Developing new business in target segments in EMEA • Managing a pipeline of business opportunities aligned with strategy • Developing solutions to solve customer problems resulting in new business opportunities • Providing sales forecasting on a monthly basis • Utilizing the full power of DuPont including cross-industry opportunities
• Master’s Degree in Bio-Chemical Engineering or another related field • Several years of experience in Bio Pharma Processing highly preferred or adjacent Healthcare segments in sales, marketing, technical service or other relevant customer-facing experiences • Knowledge of key players (large and SMEs) in EMEA BPP, Volume Extrusion, Medical packaging films industries with strong network required • Strong technical background or process expertise in Bio Pharma Processing is a plus • Ability to work independently and strong team player • Ability to build collaborative relationships internally and with customers • Positive oriented attitude and able to work well in demanding and fast-paced environments • Strong drive for results and a passion for customers • Use and knowledge of Salesforce helpful • Language: English and another European language (German or French preferred)
