📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Delivery Managers • Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback • Monitor workload and allocate resources effectively • Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration • Oversee execution of marketing campaigns from strategy through delivery • Ensure accuracy of timelines, proofs, data, and production specifications • Provide guidance on complex campaigns and resolve escalations • Drive consistent and scalable execution processes • Serve as escalation point for client delivery challenges • Support client communication and expectation management • Build client confidence through strong execution • Enhance overall client experience • Standardize workflows and best practices • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements • Drive cross-functional alignment • Support new tools and technologies adoption • Maintain visibility into campaign status and risks • Monitor performance and report metrics • Ensure alignment with scope and timelines • Capture learnings for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field • 7+ years of experience in campaign execution or project management • 7+ years of experience in print production • 2+ years of leadership experience • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
