📋 Description

• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with Dutch’s brand and marketing goals. • Manage daily publishing and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. • Plan and produce creative campaigns that highlight our products, partners, and pet stories. • Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to expand reach and engagement. • Track and report on KPIs — using data to inform creative decisions and optimize content performance. • Stay ahead of social trends in pet care, wellness, and lifestyle — and find fresh, authentic ways for Dutch to join the conversation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of social media experience (in-house or agency), ideally for a DTC, health, or lifestyle brand. • A strong sense of brand storytelling and tone — you know how to make complex ideas feel fun, warm, and relatable. • Proven success growing social channels and communities. • Creative instincts paired with analytical rigor. • Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple accounts at once. • A genuine love for pets (and a willingness to share yours in Slack). • Bonus Points For: • Experience with influencer marketing. • Graphic design, video editing, or UGC curation skills. • Experience in healthcare, or regulated industries, subscriptions or membership businesses
