📋 Description

• Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders and senior management • Ensure technical feasibility • Create detailed work plans and sequence project activities • Execute projects according to the project plan • Develop forms and records to document project activities • Organize and secure project information • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary • Establish stakeholder communication schedules and provide progress updates • Communicate with funders according to funding agreements • Monitor and approve budgeted project expenditures • Prioritize and document requirements comprehensively • Deliver solutions on schedule through effective interaction with clients, suppliers and internal production teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years’ experience and above in Project Management, preferably within Banking/FinTech or Insurance • Proven experience managing projects within Risk, Regulatory and Compliance environments • Strong Delivery Management experience • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology environments • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, issue management and dependencies • Experience working within regulated financial services environments • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology or a related field • Recognized Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM or an equivalent PM certification • Strong planning, coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project environments would be advantageous • Legal right to work in South Africa without employer sponsorship
