📋 Description

• Coordinate research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders for A/B tests • Keep projects moving from idea through build, launch, and analysis • Spot risks early and unblock teams • Build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments • Explain testing strategy and rationale, set expectations, and review progress and results with clients in weekly meetings • Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal teams • Bring clarity, positivity, and momentum while keeping teams focused and motivated • Report to the Account Director

🎯 Requirements

• No prior A/B testing experience required • No formal project management experience required; training provided • Organization and diligence; ability to use systems, checklists, and timelines • Proactive communication with clients and teammates • Ability to flag risks early and ask for help when needed • Quick learner who enjoys technology and design • Ability to understand why things work or do not work, notice patterns, and ask good questions • Ability to manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people • Ability to maintain a roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments
