📋 Description

• Overall management of facility management service providers (providers), both technically and commercially • Ensuring that services are delivered with high quality, cost-effectiveness, and on schedule • Contract and service performance management • Primary point of contact for all building-related matters • Interface management between internal and external partners • Reporting and budget responsibility • Tendering and negotiations with Procurement and Legal • Process optimization to increase efficiency in provider management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field • Solid professional experience in managing service providers, facility management, or building operations in a regulated environment • Familiarity with topics such as access control, resilience/availability, or workplace design • Experience in contract and SLA management • Fluent German (C1) • Analytical and commercial thinking, with a balanced approach to costs, benefits, and priorities • Self-initiative and the ability to work independently • Clear communication skills and a confident demeanor • Service orientation and solution-focused collaboration
