📋 Description

• Addigy MDM platform ownership • Microsoft 365 administration • Microsoft Intune management • Security operations • Compliance support • Employee onboarding and offboarding • Identity and access management • Participation in IT Operations on-call rotation • Contribution to secrets management and IaC initiatives • General server infrastructure awareness

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in and exposure to endpoint management • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 • Foundational security knowledge • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts • Experience supporting IT help desk or onboarding/offboarding workflows • Comfort with macOS and Apple ecosystem administration • Strong terminal skills • Scripting ability • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for security incident response • Clear written communication • Proficiency in English • Security certification or active pursuit is nice to have • Microsoft 365 certification or active pursuit is nice to have • Any scripting or automation experience is nice to have
