⢠Lead full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across diverse industries ⢠Translate complex HR business requirements into scalable SAP EC solutions ⢠Configure and optimise Employee Central modules including Position Management, Global Assignments, and Time Off ⢠Collaborate with clients to define and document HR processes and system requirements ⢠Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications ⢠Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities ⢠Support data migration, testing, and cutover planning ⢠Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems ⢠Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
đŻ Requirements
⢠Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations ⢠Deep understanding of HRIS and cloud-based HCM solutions ⢠SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification highly regarded ⢠Strong skills in business process mapping and functional documentation ⢠Experience with configuration, testing, and deployment of EC modules ⢠Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ⢠Ability to lead workshops and present solutions to senior HR and IT stakeholders ⢠Passion for HR technology and continuous learning.
