📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations • Facilitate workshops and engage with senior business stakeholders to gather and define requirements • Design best-practice solutions aligned with client business objectives and SAP capabilities • Provide functional leadership across project teams and mentor junior consultants • Lead solution architecture discussions across the broader SuccessFactors suite • Manage project deliverables, risks, timelines, and quality outcomes • Support pre-sales activities, demonstrations, solution proposals, and scope definition • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap developments and industry best practices • Build long-term trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors consulting experience • Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations of: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay • Strong configuration and solution design expertise across Compensation and Variable Pay • Experience integrating Compensation and Variable Pay with other SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Performance & Goals • Strong client-facing consulting and workshop facilitation experience • Experience leading teams and mentoring consultants • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Compensation and/or Variable Pay
