📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across diverse industries • Translate complex HR business requirements into scalable SAP EC solutions • Configure and optimise Employee Central modules including Position Management, Global Assignments, and Time Off • Collaborate with clients to define and document HR processes and system requirements • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities • Support data migration, testing, and cutover planning • Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations • Deep understanding of HRIS and cloud-based HXM solutions • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification highly regarded • Strong skills in business process mapping and functional documentation • Experience with configuration, testing, and deployment of EC modules • Familiarity with integration frameworks and middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead workshops and present solutions to senior HR and IT stakeholders • Passion for HR technology and continuous learning • We cannot offer sponsorship for this role and require a clear statement of your legal working rights in Australia
