📋 Description

• Lead SmartRecruiters and other Talent modules implementation and enhancement projects from discovery through go-live • Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse business requirements • Configure SmartRecruiters and other Talent module solutions aligned with client needs and industry best practice • Provide strategic advice on recruitment process optimisation and talent transformation • Design and document solution architectures, functional specifications, and process maps • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery • Support testing activities, including UAT planning and execution • Collaborate with integration partners, technical consultants, and project managers • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and additional value creation for clients • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the DyFlex consulting practice • Deliver design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing administration of security solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on SmartRecruiters implementation and configuration experience • Experience with Talent modules such as Onboarding and Succession • Strong understanding of recruitment and talent processes • Experience leading client workshops and requirements gathering sessions • Proven consulting and stakeholder management capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience supporting testing, training, and deployment activities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment • Preferred applicant required to undertake employment screening • No explicit educational credential required
