📋 Description

• Operational planning, execution and management of email campaigns in Emarsys • Support for the tool migration, including migrating existing journeys and templates • Further development of existing CRM processes, including designing new customer journeys • Performance monitoring, reporting, and deriving customer insights and optimization recommendations • Designing and implementing tests, retargeting strategies and automation logic • Close coordination with the internal CRM, loyalty and project management teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience • Knowledge of CRM • Customer journey management • E-commerce • Email marketing • Campaign management • Marketing automation
