• Planning, setup and optimization of paid social campaigns • Campaign management across relevant platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok • Support for Google Ads and programmatic display campaigns • Development of efficient campaign structures and testing setups • Budget management and performance optimization • Setup and monitoring of tracking and analytics • Creation of performance reports and derivation of actionable recommendations • Collaboration with the agency creative team to make optimal use of existing assets
• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing / paid advertising • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads • Experience with Google Ads / programmatic display (DV360) • Understanding of tracking, analytics and campaign analysis • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously • Optional: Experience with automotive or mobility brands • Optional: Experience with tracking setups and landing page optimization • Optional: Experience with reporting setups for client presentations
