• Do you want to apply your Salesforce expertise purposefully and make a real impact? • Actively shape the digitalization of the energy transition • Optimize and further develop the Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud • Work closely with the Product Owner and business teams • Design, implement and continuously improve technical solutions • Support the Product Owner in validating and implementing Sales & Service requirements • Analyze and optimize existing processes on the Salesforce platform • Create solution designs, implement technical solutions and ensure high data quality • System adjustments (including workflows, reports, dashboards, Flows) • Provide technical support and training to users for optimal platform use • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to advance the Salesforce environment
• Salesforce Administrator certification and solid experience with Sales, Service & Experience Cloud • Knowledge of Flow Builder, Process Builder, reporting and data visualization • Analytical thinking, strong self-organization and solution-focused working style • Experience with tools such as Einstein Analytics, iPaaS solutions, Jira, Confluence and MS Office • Very good German and English language skills (each at least B2)
