• Shop strategy & concept: Manage and further develop Dental Bauer’s eCommerce shop • Assortment & commercial management: Analyse and optimise the product range, define focus areas and pricing strategies • Marketing & promotions: Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, manufacturer promotions and promotional activities • Conversion optimisation: Identify growth levers across the customer journey and derive measures to improve performance • Stakeholder management: Act as the interface between sales, marketing, purchasing and IT • Monitoring & reporting: Continuously evaluate KPIs (revenue, conversion, co-op marketing funds (WKZ), sell-through) and derive recommendations for action
• Several years of experience in eCommerce management, ideally in B2B or multichannel environments • Expertise in assortment and commercial management • Knowledge of shop optimisation, conversion optimisation and promotion planning • Experience managing campaigns and manufacturer marketing (WKZ) • Analytical mindset and KPI-driven way of working
• Strategic, key role in the further development of a leading B2B eCommerce shop • Freedom to shape assortment, promotions and marketing • Direct collaboration with marketing, sales and management • Long-term project with a clear outlook through February 2026
