• Perform conflict-of-interest searches in Intapp Open database and other required sources for all new clients/matters, internal searches and updates • Perform conflict of interest checks and makes preliminary review of the results for lateral hires • Monitor the integrity of the system’s operations and ensure accuracy of data maintained in the system • Perform corporate family research • Maintain appropriate data in Intapp Open and Aderant • Maintain search logs for Intapp Open conflict searches • Perform other basic clerical duties as required
• Minimum two (2) years of work-related experience in law firm conflicts and/or new business department required • Prior experience utilizing automated conflicts and/or workflow system preferred • Knowledge of Intapp Open a plus • Minimum two (2) years of general record keeping and/or filing experience required • Background in corporate research or library-related work a plus
