📋 Description
• We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Frontend. • Dynamic allows developers to build beautiful onchain experiences by offering effortless wallet log in. • Dynamic was started by two MIT alumni who are passionate about user identity and authentication. • We are backed by some of the world’s leading investors including a16z crypto, Founders Fund, and First Round Capital. • We currently support millions of end-users per month, and we’re growing quickly - come join us! • You will design, implement and scale our APIs (node), datasets, and architecture (CDK), while also contributing to the front-end experiences (react). • Work on SDKs that are used by millions of users.
🎯 Requirements
• You have a proven track record of shipping great products for at least 8+ years. • You worked on React SDKs used in high-traffic end-customer-facing sites and apps. • You love optimizing complex javascript apps for performance and size. • You have experience working and scaling complex front-end architecture and structure. • You have led projects with vague requirements, working with non-technical stakeholders, from ideation to a complete successful state in production. • You love to learn and are passionate about web3 and identity technologies. • Enjoy interacting with other developers - our customers are devs, and we speak with them often. • You appreciate clean and simple code and are obsessed with testing and quality. • You are a great async communicator (slack). • You thrive in small teams and like having significant ownership of the problems you are working on. • You live in North or South America.
