• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MarketSmart, aligning customer engagement needs with business objectives and platform strategy. • Lead ongoing product discovery to deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and success metrics related to customer engagement and marketing performance. • Translate customer, market, and performance insights into clear product requirements, business cases, and prioritized initiatives. • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Design to define and deliver solutions that balance usability, scalability, performance, and long-term platform health. • Analyze product usage data, campaign performance metrics, and customer feedback to guide prioritization and iteration. • Lead validation efforts including beta programs, usability testing, and post-launch feedback loops to ensure strong adoption and customer outcomes. • Serve as the internal subject matter expert and product advocate for MarketSmart.
• 3-7+ years of Product Management or Product Marketing Management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven organization • Proven success owning product vision, roadmaps, and delivery across the full product lifecycle • Experience with B2C customer engagement platforms, MarTech, digital marketing, marketing automation, and campaign-driven products • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, messaging, execution, and performance measurement • Hands-on experience leading product discovery, validation, and prioritization efforts • Demonstrated success launching products and supporting Go-To-Market execution. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred • Pragmatic Institute Product Manager Certification preferred.
