📋 Description

• Lead and participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of network hardware, software, communication links, and routing protocols • Assist with planning, designing, and developing LANs, WANs, VPNs, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network access control solutions • Analyze and resolve network hardware and software issues accurately and efficiently • Connect, operate, and monitor network systems • Work closely with data center, operations, and technical teams • Create and maintain documentation covering logical and physical network designs, VLANs, firewalls, and routing protocols • Improve telecommunications and network options supporting remote communications • Develop and optimize internal network and infrastructure processes • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across network environments • Support Level I engineers with more complex connectivity problems • Assist with communications hardware installations and equipment repairs • Deliver responsive service and build strong customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Five years of experience in a networking field • Cisco Certified Network Associate, CCNA required • Fortinet certifications preferred • Cisco Meraki certifications preferred • A+ certification preferred • OEM equipment certifications preferred • Familiarity with ASTEA preferred • Ability to handle non-routine network issues with sound judgment • Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and organizational skills • Clear communication with technical teams, leaders, and customers • Commitment to service quality and continuous process improvement • Ability to read and interpret technical materials and produce clear documentation • A collaborative, self-motivated approach • Commitment to established safety procedures and DYOPATH’s Core Values
