📋 Description

• Lead and participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of network hardware, software, communications links, and routing protocols • Plan, design, and develop LANs, WANs, VPNs, and network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network access control • Monitor, analyze, and resolve advanced network hardware and software problems • Connect, operate, and monitor network systems • Partner closely with data center, operations, and technical teams • Design, create, and maintain physical and logical network documentation covering VLANs, firewalls, and routing protocols • Improve network and telecommunications options for remote communications • Create and optimize internal network and infrastructure processes • Assist Level I and Level II engineers with complex connectivity issues • Guide or assist other engineers during communications-hardware installations • Support major equipment repairs when needed • Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Ten years of experience in a networking field • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) required • Fortinet certifications preferred • Cisco Meraki certifications preferred • A+ certification preferred • OEM equipment certifications preferred • Familiarity with ASTEA preferred • Advanced network troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills • Strong written communication and network-documentation skills • Ability to explain advanced technical concepts to leaders, customers, and other engineers • Commitment to service quality, process improvement, and measurable results • Strong organization, prioritization, and self-direction • Commitment to customer safety procedures and DYOPATH’s Core Values
