âą Own and optimize the Salesforce ecosystem with a focus on CPQ (Revenue Cloud), automation, and system integrity âą Design automation that reduces manual work and improves business efficiency âą Partner across Sales, Finance, and Operations to build real solutions âą Influence how Salesforce supports company growth and scalability âą Work with emerging capabilities like AI and Agentforce âą Play a key role in expanding and integrating business-critical platforms âą Administer Salesforce including users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security model âą Maintain system health, data integrity, and governance across environments âą Support release management, sandbox testing, and deployment processes âą Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation âą Streamline workflows and eliminate manual processes âą Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions âą Own Salesforce CPQ including product configuration, pricing, and quoting workflows âą Manage approvals, renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle alignment âą Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to align pricing strategy and margins âą Support and enhance integrations including Conga Contracts and Klient PSA âą Troubleshoot system issues across integrations and automation workflows âą Maintain system documentation and configuration standards âą Build and optimize reports and dashboards for Sales, Finance, and Operations âą Ensure data accuracy through validation rules and data hygiene initiatives âą Support audit and compliance reporting requirements âą Support emerging Salesforce capabilities including AI and Agentforce âą Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders âą Contribute to system enhancements, special projects, and platform expansion
âą 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience. âą Proven experience supporting Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud âą Strong experience with Flow Builder and automation tools âą Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and platform capabilities âą Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions âą Bachelorâs degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) âą Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). âą Experience with Conga Contracts and/or Klient PSA (preferred) âą Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce) (preferred) âą Experience in IT services, MSP, or subscription-based business environments (preferred) âą Familiarity with Apex, JavaScript, or other web technologies (preferred)
