📋 Description

• Manage user access and permissions across client workgroups and domains • Maintain working knowledge of client hardware, operating systems, and technology environments • Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues affecting system efficiency • Install server software, apply security patches, update applications, and remove unnecessary software • Perform system backups and standard preventative maintenance • Resolve user connectivity issues and escalate complex incidents when appropriate • Explain equipment and technology clearly to users • Assist with communications hardware installations and minor equipment repairs • Take on more advanced assignments as skills develop • Document work and follow established procedures • Contribute to a positive client experience • Build relationships with customers, teammates, and leadership • Report to the Supervisor, NOC

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree required • Two years of experience in a networking or related technical field • A+ certification • OEM equipment certifications • Microsoft certifications • Familiarity with ASTEA • Strong commitment to service, quality, and continuous improvement • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative teammate • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interpret technical procedures, business documents, and regulations • Practical problem-solving skills • Commitment to following company and customer procedures and demonstrating DYOPATH’s Core Values • Applicants must be located in Mexico
