📋 Description

• Write and design PowerPoint-based proposals, pitch decks and client presentations • Work with consultants and leadership to turn client needs and solution ideas into persuasive content • Structure proposals around the client's challenge, approach, timelines, team and commercials • Proofread proposals for accuracy, consistency and branding, and meet deadlines • Build and maintain a library of reusable proposal content, case studies and templates • Identify and research potential leads, target accounts and key decision-makers • Maintain accurate lead lists and pipeline trackers • Research clients, industries and competitors for proposals and outreach • Draft outreach emails and business development materials • Write LinkedIn posts for the company page and leadership team • Support case studies and website content • Track content performance and suggest engagement improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field • Early-career experience in business analysis, proposal writing, consulting, business development, marketing or a similar role • Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build clean, well-structured and visually polished slides • Excellent written English and the ability to write clear, persuasive business content • Strong research skills and the ability to turn information into useful insights • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines • Proactive and curious, with a genuine enjoyment of writing and problem-solving • Comfortable working remotely during Australian business hours • Junior to Mid-Level experience
