📋 Description

• Define problem definitions, opportunity assessments, and feature requirements with stakeholders and product team members • Produce product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and journey maps • Translate complex business and operational needs into user-centered workflow designs • Support solution design and UX workflows using wireframes, process flows, and low-fidelity prototypes in tools such as Figma • Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements, resolve design questions, support sprint planning, and unblock delivery • Collaborate with QA to ensure features meet acceptance criteria and quality standards • Participate in release validation, post-release performance tracking, and backlog refinement • Build relationships with operations, compliance, technology, sales, and client services teams • Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and discovery sessions with end users and external partners • Analyze customer behavior, operational data, feedback, support trends, operational bugs, and workflow bottlenecks • Develop subject matter expertise across the SaaS product ecosystem • Provide input into support documentation, training content, and change-management materials for new feature releases

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Product & Business Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role • Demonstrated balance between strategic product understanding and hands-on, detailed business analysis documentation • Strong analytical thinking with experience in workflow analysis, process mapping, and fundamental database principles • Hands-on experience with process mapping and wireframing tools such as Figma • Experience collaborating in Agile product delivery environments using tools like Jira and Confluence • Proven ability to define product requirements balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams • Availability to work aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline • Prior experience in B2B SaaS product environments • Experience evaluating data reports or metrics to inform product and business requirements • Background supporting testing efforts or analyzing technical support issues • Must be residing in the Philippines
