📋 Description

• Design, build, and customize solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio • Develop copilots using Copilot Studio topics, prompts, actions, and generative AI features • Integrate copilots with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems • Build and configure Power Automate flows to support Copilot actions • Develop and consume REST APIs and connectors to extend Copilot capabilities • Apply prompt engineering best practices to ensure accurate, relevant, and safe AI responses • Implement security, access controls, and governance aligned with enterprise standards • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize Copilot use cases • Test, debug, and optimize Copilot performance and user experience • Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) • Experience with API integration and data connectors • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 ecosystems • Familiarity with conversational AI design and prompt engineering • Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance concepts
