📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow core modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, HRSD). • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Customize ServiceNow applications using workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs. • Ensure CMDB integrity and alignment with CSDM standards. • Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers or admins. • Document technical designs, procedures, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 6–8 years of experience working on ServiceNow platform implementations. • Strong hands-on experience in: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping) ITAM (Hardware and Software Asset Management) CMDB and CSDM HRSD (Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center) • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. • Solid understanding of service delivery processes and ITIL framework. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); additional certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-HRSD) are a plus
