• Provide ongoing AMS support for Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Finance modules across multiple client accounts • Troubleshoot, resolve, and manage support tickets related to Adaptive Planning and FINS configurations • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, reports, and workflows • Support Workday Finance business processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and related modules • Collaborate with the AMS team to ensure consistent service delivery and high client satisfaction • Build and maintain strong relationships with AMS customers — acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact • Identify opportunities to grow and expand AMS customer relationships • Enforce AMS best practices and standards across all client engagements • Manage multiple support workstreams simultaneously with strong time management and prioritization • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders on issue resolution, updates, and recommendations.
• Proven hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning — model building, planning, forecasting, and reporting • Strong experience with Workday Financial Management (FINS) — business process configuration, GL, AP, AR, and related areas • Experience working in an AMS or managed services environment is highly preferred • Solid understanding of Workday Business Processes and configuration best practices • Excellent time management skills — ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously • Strong communication skills — written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to take ownership of assigned areas and work with minimal supervision • Client-facing experience with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships • Workday Adaptive Planning certification — strongly preferred / required • Workday FINS certification — strongly preferred / required • Consultant or Senior Consultant level experience • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or related field
