• Supporting and enhancing our global Microsoft ERP platforms across Europe and the Americas • Collaborating with business, IT, and project teams to deliver system improvements and best-practice solutions • Participating in ERP upgrades, testing, deployments, and change management activities • Troubleshooting issues and ensuring a reliable, high-quality service for users worldwide • Contributing to our ongoing ERP transformation journey and continuous improvement initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft NAV, Business Central, or D365 • Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and business-critical applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and fluent business English • Experience working with international teams and stakeholders • Understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Finance, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, or Commercial Operations • Nice to have Microsoft certifications • Experience in Construction or Manufacturing environments • Knowledge of Power BI, Jet Reports, APIs, and integrations • Additional languages such as Polish, German, Spanish, or Portuguese • ITIL Foundation certification
