📋 Description

• Provide legal advice • Draft, review, and negotiate internal and external contracts • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies in contracts • Advise and support various departments on legal matters • Monitor and analyze legislative changes and their impact on the company • Support the resolution of legal disputes and other legal matters • Act as a legal sparring partner and support the company in maintaining high legal standards

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in law or a comparable qualification • Ideally a fully qualified lawyer with at least one completed German State Examination in Law; admission to the bar is not required • Professional experience in contract law, general commercial law, governance, and corporate law • Strong knowledge of national and international contract law • Experience with the GDPR • Ability to work independently and proactively • Strong team player with excellent communication skills • Fluent German and good English language skills
