📋 Description

• Evaluate conversations between users and agents • Assess responses for helpfulness, quality, naturalness, and overall user satisfaction • Participate in an upcoming writing annotation project • Complete training and a qualification test • Follow detailed guidelines and rating criteria • Contribute to training AI dedicated to the reviewer’s industry

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English reviewer/QA specialist • Strong English writing, communication, and comprehension skills • Must be currently based in the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, or Australia • Excellent attention to detail and critical-thinking abilities • Ability to evaluate conversations objectively and consistently • Ability to write clear, natural, and helpful responses • Ability to follow detailed guidelines and rating criteria • Experience in AI evaluation, content writing, QA, or similar work is a plus • Participate in a training meeting and complete a qualification test • Work a minimum of 3–4 hours per day • Adhere to deadlines and guideline standards
