⢠Lead AI data collection and localization projects from inception to completion. ⢠Serve as pivot for cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives and are delivered on time. ⢠Using Agile methodologies, plan and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery. ⢠Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. ⢠Ensure project milestones align with business objectives using Scrum practices. ⢠Lead project teams, providing direction and support to project coordinators and Junior Project Managers. ⢠Innovate and implement project management methodologies to enhance project efficiency. ⢠Engage with stakeholders to report on project progress and address any issues. ⢠Implement project standards and practices, learning from senior project managers to become more autonomous.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within AI or related fields in a fast-paced environment. ⢠Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field. ⢠Strong leadership skills and experience managing sizable, diverse teams. ⢠Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects. ⢠Strong technical understanding of AI and machine learning. ⢠Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. ⢠Certification in Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies. ⢠Sense of urgency and accountability. ⢠Excellent communication skills in English
