📋 Description

• Find out what users need • Conduct usability tests, diary studies, or other appropriate research techniques • Ensure user research makes a real difference in the wider project • Communicate research outputs in specification to the rest of the project team • Work alongside designers, researchers and consultants • Collect insights from the Korean market for wider multi-market research programmes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills — ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a simple and straightforward manner • Efficiency — ability to deliver good solutions well and on time • Comfortable talking about web and mobile technologies • In excess of five years of experience working with UX Research teams that have delivered projects, either in-house or agency (bonus) • Experience delivering meaningful tangible results for businesses and organisations of all sizes (bonus) • Extensive experience setting up UX projects (bonus) • Experience designing, organising and facilitating successful client workshops (bonus)
