📋 Description

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, timelines, and special requirements • Research, design, and book customized travel itineraries, including transportation, lodging, cruises, and excursions • Provide accurate destination insights, travel requirements, and itinerary details • Manage and maintain organized records of client communications, bookings, and confirmations • Offer ongoing support to clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a smooth experience • Collaborate with suppliers and internal team members as needed to deliver exceptional service

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently • Comfortable using online research tools, booking platforms, and digital systems • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or select international locations where we operate
