📋 Description

• Drive the growth of the Eakin Wound Pouch portfolio in Germany by combining clinical expertise, therapy development, and commercial execution • Act as Eakin’s national subject-matter expert for fistula management, complex wounds, challenging stomas, and advanced pouching solutions • Identify priority clinical indications and patient pathways • Develop therapy development plans and support clinical professionals with complex patients • Translate clinical challenges into commercial opportunities • Build and manage the national opportunity pipeline • Identify and develop business opportunities in hospitals, specialist centers, homecare companies, and strategic accounts • Contribute to account plans, tenders, procurement discussions, and projects to secure inclusion in product and care formularies • Build relationships with wound and stoma care professionals and develop a national and regional KOL network • Organize advisory boards, clinical forums, and peer-to-peer educational programs • Support case studies, publications, presentations, product evaluations, and product testing • Build and manage a network of reference centers in Germany • Drive clinical evaluations, product reviews, clinical evidence generation, and customer success stories • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and masterclasses on fistula management, complex wounds, peristomal skin complications, and stoma management • Develop and own national fistula management guidelines for Germany • Coach and train the German sales team • Share market and customer insights with Marketing and Product Management • Support product launches, commercialization activities, and future therapy and product development • Report to the Regional Sales Manager Germany and work closely each day with the German Commercial Team and internal functions

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical and/or commercial experience in wound care, stoma care, or a related medical technology field • Strong knowledge of fistula management, complex wound care, or challenging stomas • Demonstrated success in therapy development, business development, or commercial growth • Experience building relationships with clinical professionals and healthcare stakeholders • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently across Germany • Willingness to travel extensively within Germany, with occasional travel to Ireland and other European countries • Fluent in German and English • Valid driver’s license • Existing network in German wound or stoma care (desirable) • Experience with wound pouching solutions or complex wound care (desirable) • Experience supporting clinical evidence generation, publications, or educational programs (desirable) • Knowledge of German reimbursement, procurement, or hospital structures (desirable) • Commitment to equal opportunity, dignity at work, occupational health and safety, and quality and environmental policies
