📋 Description

• Deliver innovative and high-impact product strategies to drive user growth, engagement, and retention across EarnIn’s product offerings • Own product roadmaps and align teams on priorities to deliver high-impact, scalable product solutions. • Mentor and guide product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. • Define and track product goals, ensuring alignment with company-wide growth goals. • Drive rapid experimentation and iterative product cycles to optimize growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align product initiatives with business and market needs • Use data and insights to inform product decisions and measure success. • Leverage user research, competitive analysis, and data to identify and prioritize new product opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management at a consumer technology product company • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute large-scale product initiatives. • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience with growth metrics. • Leadership experience, including mentoring other product managers and guiding teams to success. • Expertise in product strategy, innovation, and scaling user growth. • Exceptional communication skills to engage with executive leadership and key stakeholders. • Ability to think creatively and solve complex, large-scale challenges.
