• Conduct in-depth research using various sources to obtain information from public records • Analyze and interpret information and data to provide accurate and timely results to support business objectives • Sort and process data for an organization • Perform a variety of administrative data tasks, including general data entry and data interpretation • Conduct research and manage data • Communicate results from the gathered data to the respective department or client • Perform records searches via select databases and sites • Follow policies, procedures, and assigned workflows set by department leadership • Determine reportable records for the client by sorting through data • Understand and apply guidelines in search criteria • Analyze data appropriately, adhering to strictly regulated procedures and quality standards • Learn and retain information to apply it in specific job situations • Provide support in a team-based environment • Communicate effectively with clients and/or applicants as needed • Meet team productivity and accuracy standards • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed
• College level or equivalent required • College graduate preferred • 1+ years prior experience in an office setting, preferably in the BPO industry • Experience in Salesforce • Able to navigate between multiple windows / browsers with ease • Perform extensive internet research and type 45 WPM • Working knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office products • Data Analyst or other related jobs are welcome to apply • Ability to sit at a desk and working on computer for periods of time • Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
