âą Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives and promotional campaigns âą Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive memberships, class bookings, and local brand awareness âą Develop and refine ongoing social media and digital marketing strategies âą Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth and optimization âą Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms âą Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings âą Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns âą Develop lead generation strategies focused on membership acquisition and retention âą Optimize website content and landing pages for search visibility
đŻ Requirements
âą 3+ years of digital marketing experience âą Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results âą Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns âą Experience with Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO âą Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization âą Experience with social media content creation and community management âą Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data âą Excellent communication and project management skills
