âą Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate appointments for the real estate team âą Qualify potential leads based on specific criteria and document all interactions accurately âą Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the pipeline âą Manage and update the CRM (Follow Up Boss) to ensure all data is accurate, organized, and up to date âą Handle objections confidently and guide the conversation toward booking an appointment âą Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver excellent customer experience on each call.
âą 1-3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or appointment setting âą Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, personable) âą Ability to handle objections professionally and keep conversations on track âą Strong lead qualification and follow-up skills âą Proactive, organized, and capable of managing a high-volume database âą Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or similar CRMs âą Self-motivated with a confident personality and strong work ethic.
