📋 Description

‱ Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate appointments for the real estate team ‱ Qualify potential leads based on specific criteria and document all interactions accurately ‱ Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the pipeline ‱ Manage and update the CRM (Follow Up Boss) to ensure all data is accurate, organized, and up to date ‱ Handle objections confidently and guide the conversation toward booking an appointment ‱ Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver excellent customer experience on each call.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 1-3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or appointment setting ‱ Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, personable) ‱ Ability to handle objections professionally and keep conversations on track ‱ Strong lead qualification and follow-up skills ‱ Proactive, organized, and capable of managing a high-volume database ‱ Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or similar CRMs ‱ Self-motivated with a confident personality and strong work ethic.
